Experts have estimated that 85% of jobs in 2030 have not even been created yet. This begs the question: why do we place so much pressure on young people to make early career decisions during their school years?

The emergence of Gen Z, a generation whose norms and values are incredibly fluid, has further highlighted the need to rethink the traditional approach to learning. This generation is not bound by one specific passion or interest. 

They are not afraid to explore unconventional and unchartered territories. Therefore, they need learning tools to enable their success in the unpredictable future.

We invited Gen-Z influencers who are pursuing education in unconventional ways. They showcase how Google Search and its many products have helped them navigate the unknown in today’s challenging and changing educational eco-system, making them ready for the time when they enter the workforce and meet unpredictable future occupations.
